Leadgate CC in Charity Netball Tournament

Congratulations to team LCC who participated in a Charity Netball Tournament organised by Tracey Hutchinson supporting Children with Cancer UK.

The lads started with a heavy 4-0 loss but then bounced back with 7 wins and a draw against some of the best women's netball teams in the north east! Finishing joint 2nd overall. Well done lads!

25 Jul 2015 : What a Day!

We asked what next for this talented young team and the 1st team have answered that question in style tonight with an absolutely fantastic win against Swalwell!!!

It was a real team effort against the table toppers and dominant team of the last decade.

Top scoring with the bat was that man Sharif with 65. Pick of the bowlers was Aaron McCabe with 3 wickets, but to a man they have all been phenomenal today.

The team that is coming together now can achieve great things over the coming years.

Well done everyone. We are all incredibly proud of you!!!

A good win against Ushaw Moor tonight sees us go through to the finals day of the Roy Coates Cup this Sunday (26th July) at Crook Town CC.

Our semi final is at 10am against either Philadelphia or Annfield Plain.

It would be great to see a good crowd supporting the lads as they push on for glory!!

Well done to all involved, the team is going from strength to strength and all at the club are proud of you!!!

18 Jul 2015 : Records Tumbled at Leadgate CC!!
